Across the Valley, the critical need for blood continues. This is one very important way we can help our community friends and neighbors. Scroll down for helpful links with important information on Donor Eligibility, Donor Preparation, Parental Consent forms (for 16 – 17 year olds), general information concerning blood drives, and even a Self-Scheduling link. Appointments are requested to participate in our Blood Drives.

Donor Preparation:
- Appointments are requested.
- #1 deferral for women is low iron. Women, begin eating iron-rich foods.
- Begin drinking lots of water – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
- Eat prior to donation (no fasting).
- Bring a photo ID reflecting first and last names.
- Visit the restroom prior to beginning the blood donation process.
