ADULT FAITH FORMATION FORUM
EfM – “What’s in it for Me?”
Fellow Seekers & Friends of Education for Ministry,
Join us at 9am, Sunday, June 15 in Hutton Hall or via Zoom to discover EfM 2025: What’s in it for Me?
EfM’s 50th Anniversary celebration began with Eucharist. Sewanee is now in the midst of rolling out its first complete EfM revision in 15 years. We are witnessing EfM 2025 as the Episcopal Church’s great energizing force, offering reinvigorated spiritual awakening in a challenged and broken world where we experience God’s steadfast presence loving us into each new day.
At June 15’s Adult Faith Formation Forum, we will share insights on EfM’s ground-breaking approach to recharge its CLASSIC program while simultaneously offering a WIDE ANGLE one-year program that encourages newcomers and the curious to “test the EfM waters” while inviting alumni to extend their EfM journey beyond its four-year certificate program.
Discover “What’s in it for Me?” alongside fellow seekers whose burning questions about the Bible, about Christianity’s place in the world, and about their deep longings for relationship with God will wait no longer.
Join us with your coffee hour snacks and beverages, along with all of your questions, as we together embark on an exhilarating new adventure into seeking God through the Episcopal Church’s premier adult faith formation program.
We look forward to seeing you on June 15. Please feel free to share this invitation with others — All are welcome!
With joy and blessings,
Cynthia
