Lillian Vallely School

In years past, a group of Saint Barnabas volunteers traveled to Blackfoot, Idaho, to serve the students, teachers, and families of the Lillian Vallely School on the Shoshone Indian Reservation. Together we have hosted a one-week Summer Camp that provides students with much-needed education, encouragement, and confidence-building. The structured, positive environment of the Summer Camp helps minimize the regression that many students experience during the summer months.

During the week of camp, volunteers offered a series of fun and educational classes for children in the mornings and work on service projects for the campus in the afternoons.
