Mental Health Task Force Presents ”Living Long and Loving It

On May 21 at 11:45 a.m. in the St. Barnabas Library, Rene McGovern will give a talk entitled “Living Long and Loving It.” Goals for the session include how to define successful aging; exploring the interaction of mind, body, and spirit on healthy aging; recognizing the importance of “your story;” and how to differentiate between normal changes with age and those that need further intervention/evaluation. Rene McGovern, MA, MS, PhD, ABPP, is a St. Barnabas parishioner. She is a professor of Clinical Psychology at the Arizona School of Professional Psychology, associate professor of psychiatry at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, and adjunct professor at Midwestern University. All are welcome!
