Scott is a CIA-trained chef that went to work for a number of Michelin-starred Chefs including Julia Child. Later helped lead the culinary team at the Cheesecake Factory for a couple of decades. Besides past appearances in THE FOOD NETWORK, Scott led culinary teams on both coasts including San Francisco, New York City, and Los Angeles. Scott currently leads culinary teams in the north and southwest.
