If you find yourself journeying through the path of grief while carrying the weight of a departed loved one, we extend our heartfelt invitation to unite in a space of solace. Here, we aim to offer both solace and guidance, sharing strategies to navigate your challenging journey. Your presence is cherished, and we warmly welcome you to join us at any of our monthly gatherings, fitting them into your own schedule as needed. These gatherings, held in the quiet haven of the Spiritual Direction room in Sean’s Place, take place from 11:45am-1pm.

For additional details and inquiries, please reach out to the Rev. Pamela Bell. In her role as Deacon, Spiritual Director, and Chaplain of the Community of Hope, she guides the sessions with care and compassion. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to provide support during a challenging time.

Saint Barnabas Grief Circle exists to offer support for those who have experienced the death of a loved one within the last two years. Grief takes us to the core of who we are as it impacts every aspect of our being: physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, behavioral, and social. Sessions focus on recovery and support in each of these areas.
