Requests must be submitted with a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event. Submittal of this form is intended to be a request only, it does not guarantee your event. Please allow 72 hours for a response.

The use of table linens will result in a charge to the event (Minimum of $8.00 per linen). Please plan accordingly. Limited color options are available, please call the church office for additional information.
Please note: The facilities team is balancing requests from outside community groups, the clergy and our committees. While we will do our best to accommodate your room request, we ask that you please list two additional dates and times for your event in the "additional information" section (above) to save time.
