WHO:
Union of Black Episcopalians, Karl and Virginia Washington Arizona Chapter (“UBE-AZ”) – and you!
WHAT:
UBE-AZ ANNUAL FUNDRAISING RAFFLE in support of our mission and outreach projects, including The Diocesan Judith Conley Scholarship Fund for Seminars of Color; Scholarships for students at Voorhees University, and Episcopal HBCU in Denmark, SC, and for Chapel Rock summer campers; Funding AZ High school delegates to the national UBE conference; and service to our communities through local efforts such as Family Promise of Greater Phoenix at Saint Barnabas
WHEN:
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase through Friday, June 14, 2024. The drawing will be held and the winner notified on Sunday, June 23, 2024.
WHERE:
Tickets are available in Episcopal parishes across Arizona and anywhere good people wish to support a great cause!
WHY:
“So continue encouraging each other and building each other up, just like you are doing already.” 1 Thessalonians 5:11. Through the generosity of Arizona’s Episcopal faith family, UBE-AZ is privileged to share God’s love and bounty with our brothers and sisters in need. Please help us continue to serve and to lift up our young people and our communities.
