Sending God’s Love is a collaboration of our children and youth that provides love and pastoral care to members of our parish family who are homebound, ill, or unable to make it to church.

During seasonal times throughout the year, over eighty of our homebound and recovering parishioners receive handmade greeting cards and personally written notes from the children and youth of Saint Barnabas. Although most recipients receive their bundles of cards in the mail, several parishioners receive personal delivery to their homes with a visit from our youth.

While allowing our children and youth an opportunity to serve others, Sending God’s Love also provides a unique way for members of our parish family who cannot be with us know that they are loved and thought of throughout the year.
