Although we will not be hosting families on our campus next week, we can still support Family Promise in meaningful ways. Family Promise has provided a list of needed donation items, listed below. Donations may be dropped off in the Learning Center Library before and after services on Sunday, August 9. Thank you for your continued support of our cherished ministry partner, Family Promise!

Needed Items

  • Dish Soap
  • Full-size shampoo and conditioner
  • Body wash and liquid hand soap
  • Baby wipes
  • Diapers size 4 and 5
  • Pullups
  • Refillable water bottles
  • Disinfecting wipes
  • Fruit snacks
  • Variety pack of individual chips
  • Juice boxes

Family Promise: Offering a boundless Welcome to our Guest Families
Join our Saint Barnabas volunteer family as we unite in service to parents and children experiencing homelessness. These families are working hard to change their situations by participating in the programs of Family Promise of Greater Phoenix. Saint Barnabas is one of the founding churches supporting Family Promise, hosting 1-4 families for one week on our campus, three times a year or more, for more than 20 years.  There are so many ways to be involved and to help: set-up (or take down) the beds and rooms for our guests; come cook food in our beautiful kitchen or bring something in; set the dining tables; share a meal and fellowship with our guests; play with the children; stay overnight and provide the comfort of knowing a caring presence is on hand; and more!
