The more you can help us help you–the better! The best way to help succeed is to follow our submission guidelines. The following information will provide you with the best practices you need to ensure the Communications Department has all they need to promote your ministry/event effectively.

Let’s work together to spread the word! Please review the schedule of deadlines necessary to create our weekly and monthly communications. The earlier you submit your request, the greater the opportunity to get the word out! Please note your submission may be edited for clarity or space limitations. Finally, we’ll always do our best to include your request, however, please understand late submissions may not be included in a desired publication. Thank you in advance for your help!
Our Communications Schedule begins with updating the website and then expands out to include our all-parish email blasts, Sunday morning announcements, social media, and printed publications. Once you’ve submitted your information, our communications team will use our expertise to advertise your event as it fits best with our overall Communications plan. In order to serve you the best that we can, we ask that you observe the following deadlines to meet our publication schedule. Below are the deadlines for advertising during each designated month:
October: September 1
November: October 1
December: November 1
January: December 1
February: January 1
March: February 1
April: March 1
May: April 1
June/July: May 1
