For those who are new to the Episcopal Church or who have been previously confirmed in another Christian denomination, Adult Reception is a welcome into the communion and fellowship of the Episcopal Church. Candidates express a mature commitment to Christ and receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a bishop. Adult Reception and Confirmation are offered annually, typically in May. Please contact the church office for the schedule of the bishop’s visitation: (480) 948-5560.

Adults interested in Confirmation and Reception can take a 7-week class typically held on Thursday evenings that occurs once in the fall and spring.
