🎨✨ Another wonderful day at Saint Barnabas Arts Ca 🎨✨ Another wonderful day at Saint Barnabas Arts Camp! Campers continued making progress on their Patience Pouches by sewing pockets, adding unique decorations, and even embroidering their initials. In Culinary, they put their knife skills to work creating colorful fruit and veggie animals, while our preschool campers enjoyed decorating cookies and practicing patience through creativity. 🍎🍪⁠ ⁠ The fun continued in Performance Workshops as campers learned the Camper Ranger song and practiced the original camp song, I Want to Be, complete with sign language. 🎶 Drama was filled with laughter as campers learned new games and enjoyed a round of charades. 🎓 Join us as we celebrate Scholarship Sunday at Sa 🎓 Join us as we celebrate Scholarship Sunday at Saint Barnabas on Sunday, June 14 during the 10:15am service! 🧡💜⁠ ⁠ We are excited to recognize our scholarship recipient, Evan Vance, graduate of Valley Lutheran High School and future student at Clemson University, where he plans to study business, economics, and finance.⁠ ⁠ A lifelong member of Saint Barnabas, Evan has loved being part of the youth group community, where he has grown in his faith alongside others his age. 🌲 Another great day at Arts Camp! Campers put the 🌲 Another great day at Arts Camp! Campers put the finishing touches on their Patience Pouches, practiced their sewing skills, and even built mini campfires using sticks and tissue paper 🔥🎨. In Culinary Arts, they learned safe knife skills and prepared pizza toppings for this week's cooking adventure 🍕🔪. Meanwhile, Music campers practiced the camp song and the silly favorite The Moose Song 🎵, while Drama campers enjoyed new games around our indoor campsite. 🌲🏕️ Arts Camp is officially underway! On Monday, c 🌲🏕️ Arts Camp is officially underway! On Monday, campers kicked off an exciting week of creativity, friendship, and discovery as they got to know one another, watched the first episode of our original Saint Barnabas camping adventure story, and began learning this year's camp song, I Want to Be, featuring sign language. 🎵✨ In Culinary Arts, they made tasty "mud balls" (protein balls), while Art campers started creating their own Patience Pouches—a project that reminds us that good things take time, just like nature. 🎨🌿 Campers also enjoyed music and drama workshops filled with rhythm, imagination, and nature-themed games, before ending the morning with meditation and yoga. 🧘‍♀️🍃 We can't wait to see what grows throughout the rest of this amazing week! 💚 ⁠(by Athena, junior counselor and content creator)⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ .⁠ #SaintBarnabasArtsCamp #OurNature #ArtsCamp2026 #PatienceAndGrowth #CampLife #CreativeKids #SummerAtSaintBarnabas 🌲✨
